Meeting celebrities creates cherished memories, and we want our fandom friends to have an amazing experience when meeting their favorite stars and getting autographs and photos. 

 

Please review the autograph and photo/selfie guidelines below to get ready for a smooth meet and greet experience.

Autographs and Photos/Selfies

• Autographs and photos/selfies will be available for purchased directly at the guests' tables at the show, first come first served. Exception: autograph vouchers for select guests are included in the Exclusive Packages that are sold online only. Individual autographs (not as a part of the bundle deal) for those guests will be available at the show at the guests' tables. 

• To meet the Special Guests at Tri-Cities Powerhouse Comic Con, you must have a valid admission ticket. Please note that admission does not include autographs and/or photos/selfies. You will need to purchase your admission either online in advance or at the door during the event. 

• Autograph and photo/selfies prices are at the guests' discretion and subject to change.

Signing Sessions

• Special Guests will be available for signing during regular show hours, with reasonable breaks taken at their discretion, and except the time they are doing a panel. For specific signing times and availability, please visit their table during the event. 

• Due to time constraints, there is no guarantee that all attendees will receive an autograph.

• Please respect the line queue and follow staff instructions. Holding spots for others is not allowed.

Items for Autograph

• Celebrities will only sign approved items, including official photos, posters, merchandise, or personal memorabilia. Guests reserve the right to refuse to sign any item. Signing of specialty items (e.g., Funko Pops) are at the celebrity's discretion and may incur an additional fee. 

• Celebrities will not sign body parts or inappropriate items.

• Personalization (i.e., writing your name) or special inscriptions (e.g., quotes, messages) are at the celebrity's discretion and may incur an additional fee.

Photographs/Selfies

• At this year's show, Special Guests will be offering table photos/selfies for a fee paid directly to the guest at the show. No professional photo ops and/or printed photos will be offered. Fans are welcome to use their phones/cameras. 

• Avoid taking unsolicited photos of celebrities when they are outside the designated convention area, such as in hallways, restaurants, or during breaks.

Behavior & Etiquette

• Please be respectful to the celebrity, other fans, and convention staff. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the convention.

• While we aim to provide a personalized experience, we ask all attendees to be mindful of others and keep their conversations with Special Guests brief to avoid delaying the line.

• Video or audio recording of autograph and/or photo sessions is prohibited. 

• If you wish to present a gift, please do so at the guest’s designated booth during the signing session, keeping interactions brief to accommodate other fans in line. Guests are not required to accept gifts, and it’s at their discretion whether to accept or decline. Please respect their personal boundaries and wishes. All gifts must be appropriate and in good taste. The convention reserves the right to refuse any gifts deemed inappropriate or offensive. Due to space limitations, large or bulky gifts should be avoided. Please keep gifts manageable and easy to transport. Gifts of food or drink are not permitted.

• Celebrities reserve the right to decline any posing requests.

• Always ask before initiating physical contact with a celebrity. Some celebrities are comfortable with hugs or handshakes, while others prefer no physical contact.

Special Accommodations

• Disability Access: Attendees with disabilities will have priority access in the autograph line. Please notify staff if you require assistance.

• Families or groups may approach the autograph booth together. However, please note that the number of autographs received must match the number of autograph purchased, not the number of individuals in your group.

Celebrity Availability

• Celebrities' appearance schedules are subject to change or cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, no refund on admission tickets will be offered. 

• The convention cannot guarantee that all ticket holders will receive an autograph due to the celebrity’s time constraints or other unforeseen circumstances.

Security & Enforcement

• Convention staff, venue staff, and third-party security staff reserve the right to deny autograph requests, remove attendees from the line, or take other necessary actions to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
