tcphcc2026_guest_Dave Warren.png

Dave Warren

Dave Warren knows what makes a cartoon timeless — not just the laughs, but the layered satire, the brilliant characters, and the art in every frame. After a celebrated career as a professional animation artist and creative director on shows like The Simpsons and Pinky and The Brain, he stepped out from behind the scenes to speak directly to the audience he knows and loves: the fans.

Dave has become a fan-favorite at Comic Cons and on podcasts, where he celebrates the culture we love and inspires new generations of fans and artists with his signature style and tales from the trenches. His brand, El Arto, built on the mantra “It’s Weird Not To Be Weird” and offers original art, pops, prints, and apparel for those who get the subtext.
